Quartier Libre ships pyjamas to France, Europe and everywhere in the world - returns are free in France.
Delivery times are : - In France : 3 to 5 working days - In Europe: 4 to 7 working days - In the rest of the world: delivery time varies depending on the country.
Please note that for personalized pieces, delivery times are 4 to 8 working days (France). Personalized items cannot be returned.
Delivery is made by our providers Colissimo and Mondial Relay. We take in charge a part of the costs to provide you with the best rates :
- France (except Dom-Tom) : 5,50€ for a delivery in a relay point and 6,50€ for a delivery at your address. - Europe : 15€ - Rest of the world including Dom Tom: 25€
After confirming your order, an e-mail is sent to you with the tracking number. Just click on the link "track my order" and enter it manually.
You can also go to Colissimo or Mondial Relay website depending on the option chosen and enter your tracking number.
We remain at your entire disposal if you have any problem at the following email address: bonjour@quartierlibreparis.com.
For home deliveries, you can neither choose the date nor the time of delivery.
However, you can contact Colissimo directly at 09 72 72 12 13 to try to arrange a delivery date.
For deliveries in a pick-up station, you have 14 days to collect your order.
We invite you to consult directly the schedules on the website of the chosen pick-up point.
We offer a delivery without signature to the address of your choice, either at your home or at your workplace.
We also have more than 11 000 relay points in France with Mondial Relay.
Choose the closest to your address among our proposals.
Once the order has been validated, you will not be able to change your delivery address.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.
This notice will indicate the time and day of passage and also the post office where you can pick up the order.
You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the delivery notice left by the postal officer and an identity document to pick it up. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the order will be returned. If the order is returned to us, the delivery costs will be charged again to the customer.
Quartier Libre ships worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination.
Please note that if the delivery is scheduled in a country subject to customs taxes, these taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are shipped from our showroom in Paris, France.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, we advise you to :
1. Check the status of your order: enter the order number indicated in the confirmation email on the Colissimo or Mondial Relay website depending on the option selected. 2. Check that the delivery address and other information is correct. 3. Contact Colissimo at 09 72 72 12 13 if you were unable to receive your order.
